Picking the person to document your big day is a big deal. We'd love the opportunity to chat with you and learn more about you and your special day. Our form is intentionally made to be detailed so we avoid back and forth communication and so that we can make this process as simple as possible for everyone; we know you are busy and we highly respect your time! - Initial Connect : Fill out our contact form and share some basic information with us
- Get to know each other: We will confirm availability for your date and schedule a call to introduce ourselves, to get to know you and to get even more details
- Quote: We will send you a quote via email. If you would like to move forward, you can accept the quote.
- Lock your date: Once you accept your quote, we will send you a contract for you to sign and invoice with deposit and payment instructions via email. Your date is locked once both the contract is signed and deposit is made.
- Design: We will send you follow up details, including any mood boards (typically applicable for engagements)
- Logistics: One month before your event, we will finalize timelines and logistics. If you are booking a wedding with us, we will ask you to provide a list of vendors, main POCs, final rundown, seating charts, list of important people, etc.
- Let the fun begin! We do all of the hard work ahead of time so we can enjoy our time together and make beautiful memories.
FAQ: Why is this form so long?
While we don't expect you to have a decision now, we prefer to connect with serious inquirers only. We want to respect and protect both your time and our time, and this is the best way we think we can do that!
